Wow I just got done reading it after I got back from watching the racing at willow today. I wonder what it could be now... to many damn directors swaps lately seems like we can only keep em' for 2 years! I'm definetely wanting to know what happened, Jay was a great guy always had an ear open for idea's or anything to make the club better.

FAWCK

When Danny got fired for stopping the racing - because of R A I N and S N O W in the same fawcking race, I kinda wondered then if rider safety really was the primary thing. Gets me wondering what decisions Jay may have made on behalf of the racers that got him "shown the door."

I just checked.... nope, not April 1st...?

I have ZERO complaints with Jay, seemed like a damn good dude and seemed to do a fine job.

There have been some strange staff changes lately, I guess we can just add this to the top of the list.

I'm hoping this is just something to do with the economy and the dwindling grids. Jay did a great job & I can't think of a single reason why he should be fired.

Man... and I had just meant to thank him for his efforts on sunday but didn't get the chance. Seemed like he was on top of things and receptive to new ideas, and had our interests at heart from what I saw. Then again so did Larry though.

I hope everything works out.

I have zero complaints about Jay, he's a nice guy.

The grape vine told me, it could have been family related, not anything to do with WSMC.

RRW posted something about a new track and it looks like Tanner is the new motorcycle director for chukawalla raceway?? they're gonna run a motorcycle safe dual track 8 months of the year starting late 2010.
