Update on Lisa Fisher

New postby SideshowBob » Mon Sep 21, 2009, 6:43 am

With some great help, I got Lisa's stuff taken care of last night, and Heather and I went up to Bakersfield to see her breifly. She was admitted right before we got there, so we only had a minute, and she was still really out of it, but she smiled and squeezed my hand before nodding off again. I will keep you all posted with her progress.

thats cool you guys all helped her out, I called her friends up in a sportbike club that Lisa and I are aquainted with, to let everyone know. I also made sure with David she had help at the track and she wasn't alone just in case her buddies had back up plans. I guess one of her friends called the hospital several times and she was conscience bust the answers to questions wasn't making any sense as of at first. as of 7:45 p.m. yesterday evening I got email from her friend and it went like this...

Still in ER. Being admitted when room is available. Now not responding to questions.

So lets all wish or pray for her well being and its just a little swelling and nothing else.

Thanks a bunch for the update. We were all really relieved to hear that she was doing better. Getting airlifted is a little scary for sure, but I'm glad she got the needed care promptly. It's nice to see the West Coat GP team helping each other out! The community out at Willow is really nice.

Recover quickly Lisa!

Just got back from visiting Lisa, she recognized me immediately, we talked briefly, but is still fuzzy about a lot of stuff. Keep her in your prayers, and I will keep you posted.
